I play the Sims 4 but heavily modded lol. The game is nothing without MCCC, Wicked Whims, Basemental Drugs and all those mods that expand on relationships, pregnancy, moods, etc etc.

I actually downloaded an unpopulated save recently and I'm populating it with pretty CC Sims that are all messy and terrible and cheating on each other and doing hard drugs etc etc. I like my Sims games to be as messy as possible.

That's by Nisa. I had to uninstall Wicked Perversions because one of the latest updates broke it, and Nisa was going through stuff in her life so she wasn't updating the mod. I gotta check up on it and see if there's a new version out.
