and lol....not an April Fools prank but when I was a kid i realised the "H" and "C" on the taps on the bathroom sink could be swapped over, so i did. i didnt even think it would work but then my mum almost scalded her hands and I felt so guilty 😫

My mom’s car had a button you could press to switch from mph to kph and I hit it one time while she was driving and freaked her the fuck out, but also scared myself bc she was going slow af thinking the kph was mph

I think a lot of kids that age are pretty precocious. Looking back at my and my brother's old elementary school stuff, we were both definitely the most eloquent in grade 6 lol.

She did pretty well, but the punctuation is all over the place (so many run on sentences). The lack of space for the address and sign off is also a dead give away. I feel like she’s a kid who loves to read fantasy books and just incorporated that “fancy” language into the letter.

But, it’s cute that she tried! The “we don’t KNOW, but we estimate it’ll be on April Fool’s” cracks me up. Covering all her bases. 😂
