I thought Kat Von D was completely separate from KVD?

Yeah she has zero involvement or financial gain from the brand at this point.

The makeup game changed in the last year and I don’t believe for a second that Kylie is still above Rare. Who’s even buying Kylie?

The relaunch and redesign in Sephora has been pretty well received, so like I can see it ranking high. But also I still think this list is bullshit.

honestly it’s lower than I thought, her rebrand has been selling well and getting great reviews

it makes so much more sense for her to sell at Sephora, the rebrand was necessary. Really, an Oscar/Grammy nominated singer selling exclusively online through Amazon....? that is not glamorous lol and was a huge deterrent for me from ever trying it, personally. I'm sure others felt the same.

I don’t know anyone who uses Kylie cosmetics. They had a moment in the 2010s but haven’t been popular since them it seems like. I feel like some of these entries were paid for.

I’ve never even heard of kora or lolaview but they’re higher than rose inc? Hmmm.

I’m pretty sure she also only sells hair products, maybe that’s why. Like she has a detangler and hair oil and things like that, not makeup of any kind

Edit - “she” being Jennifer Aniston/Lolavie

god bless you for not knowing about kora.
sephora used to keep pushing that brand even though EVERYTHING was overpriced, not unique, conning purchasers who are into -organic-clean- beauty, etc.
