Indie Film Release Guide: March 31st [An ONTD Original]

Mar 30, 2023 10:27

Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves is the big new release this weekend from Paramount, and it doesn't face any big studio competition at the box office. However, it will have to do battle with last week's box office winner John Wick, seemingly at the height of his power, as well as next weekend's Super Mario movie, putting Paramount's D&D film in a tough spot.

The films listed are from studios other than the “Big Five” - Universal Pictures, Paramount Pictures, Warner Bros., Walt Disney Pictures, and Columbia Pictures.. Note that some of the movies listed are in their first week or two of limited release in the USA, so it may take them a few more weeks (or months) to show up in your local arthouse theater or on VOD. Check out the posts from the past few weeks for more movies that may have just opened near you: March 24th, March 17th, and March 10th.
