It's a shame many people aren't able to access the latest rehabilitive tech ( I say this as someone who works in rehab) without the money or the right insurance

When I worked in clinic, I had so many patients who would have benefited from anti-gravity treadmill but it was almost impossible to find a clinic that had one. And if they did, they charged a fortune for it.

Exactly. In fact that treadmill is readily available for athletes to use but not for the common person recovering for a devastating injury. I've seen people impacted by motor vehicle accidents and strokes that could've benefit from the tech athletes use for training and recovery that would have made a big impact and kept them from being wheelchair-bound or bed-bound the rest of their life.

On top of that, I've mentored and been shadowed by students who want to go into PT or OT thinking they'll have access to all this cool stuff only for them to realize later in school or their careers that those types of things are uncommon in the clinic because they're soooo fucking expensive.
