Not all sandwiches are hot dogs, but all hot dogs are sandwiches. Anything put between two sections of bread instantly becomes a sandwich.

I love Padma, thanks for posting this OP! I never thought of a hot dog as being a sandwich but I suppose it technically is one.

Really enjoying the new season of Top Chef in London and the contestants from the different international versions. I lived in London for two years and I still visit when I can, and the food on offer is incredible. I love going to different food markets and trying new dishes from all over the world.

Top Chef is barely known in the UK - it's only available through Hayu - so the judges have been majorly sucking up to the Brits in various publications. I'm also enjoying this season, but I'm a little tired of the unusual/odd combinations of ingredients they're required to use for the quickfires.

I've really come to enjoy Last Chance Kitchen even more than the regular show. I guess I dig intense competition.
