Taskmaster Returns March 30th + Renewed Until 2026

Series 15 of Taskmaster will kick off on March 30th. The upcoming series will feature Frankie Boyle, Ivo Graham, Jenny Eclair, Kiell Smith-Bynoe, and Mae Martin.

In other happy news, Channel 4 has renewed the show for another 6 seasons. Since Taskmaster typically airs 2 seasons a year (plus one-off specials), this means Taskmaster will be airing

I loved 12 so much. First time I liked everyone, and couldn't pick a fave (tho it was often Alan). I watched episode six many many times, just for Victoria's football bit... and iron throwing.

I totally fell in love with Desiree and Morgana from that season.

I've said it before but I only knew Victoria from some panel shows and from her husband constantly talking her up as this impossibly cool goddess so it was delightful to see her as this total dork. I love how she kept trying to make puns and they crashed and burned every time.

I feel like I fell a little in love with VCM watching her on TM.

Agreed that I loved Victoria! What a way to ride a bike for the first time. Plus the fact that she struggled with many of her tasks because she forgot her glasses (or did she?). The entire panel that season was a really good mix of personalities, everyone was able to shine.

I still love the show but does anyone feel like the task quality has dropped off a bit? Like some of them almost seem fetish-y and weird.

Like the one in season 13 when they had to keep licking things and they just kept drooling over everything.

Was also disappointed that the UK team took two of my fave New Zealand tasks but made them worse.

The delayed task that resulted in holding the milk over the microwaves. In the New Zealand version Paul just kept telling them not to open it and there was no time limit. The winner was whoever held the milk the longest but the time started when they entered the room.

In the UK version they changed it so they had to wait the longest without going over 30 minutes with the clock counting down as an indicator.

What a timely post! The TM youtube channel just posted series 13 ep 5 so I just finished rewatching it.

Series 13 is maybe my favorite series of all time?

Ep 5 has the task where Bridget ends up just on the ground, aimlessly banging a pot.

I LOVE series 7. Just thinking about it makes me want to rewatch it.

Season 7 is my favourite too, I recently rewatched it and was crying laughing at so many parts. The personality mix of the contestants is pure alchemy! But it's a close one because I love so many of the other seasons too.

bridget was truly so chaotic, i loved her. one of the best outfits of all time too! she was on a podcast w ed gamble and james acaster tho, and listening to her for more than 10min made me feel like my brain was leaking out of my ears, truly a wildly chaotic person lol.
