EWR's lawyer has said that Smithline contacted EWR first and I've seen screenshots floating around where Smithline is talking about the harassment she's received and how she wishes she never came forward due to that.

I have empathy for Smithline for retracting her statements if thats the case, but not so much about throwing other women under the bus
