Sources say they've been off and on for months.
Mod's rep told TMZ "They were together and engaged as of 3 days ago when he left for tour so if anything has changed that's news to him."
Avril was recently seen going out for dinner in LA with Tyga, hugging then leaving in the same car but apparently there was no cheating involved.
