He dated Torrey for 4 years (2007-2011) before getting married (2011-2013).
He dated Phoebe for 4 years (2013-2017) and they didn't get married.
He dated Ines for less than a year (first spotted in public in June 18, married in August 18).

First I would like to say that I don't think anyone ever has to get married. Marriage is not the end goal of every relationship (and I think it's much better to wait before getting married than jumping into it). But I am always interested in these timelines. He waited four years before marrying his first wife. Then he dated someone else for four years and they did not get married. Then he dated Ines for a few months and got married? Like what was the rush there?
