I wish cancel culture was real if only to spare us from having to hear the one “joke” these losers have over and over again… https://t.co/v1LgcQSa3L

This very same woman once spent twenty minutes at a party telling me she believed she was a man trapped in a woman's body. Not kidding.

It’s sad to see how unlike the character she is. As much as Roseanne in the show can be an asshole, she’s not this type of asshole. I always thought she was basically playing herself, but maybe she’s just gotten worse with age?

I am by no means a Roseanne apologist and quite frankly she is a huge asshole, however I do know that she alleges to have had a very traumatic childhood and I think those perhaps have manifested into her having some pretty fucked up world views as she gets older.

But yeah her current form is such a tarnish on what could have been her legacy b/c the original run is one of the best shows and really did tackle a lot of (at the time) less talked about subjects and Roseanne (the character) would absolutely be a bernie supporter not some blowhard maga racist.

The OG Rosanne show really was a reflection of the late 80’s/early 90’s mindset of “hey maybe Reagan really did fuck us over, and why the hell did we vote for Bush Sr.? Gen X can now vote, maybe that will fix things? Yay Clinton and his Saxaphone”

The sound of her voice is much harder to tolerate when she's saying stupid shit like this.

She MEANT that tweet. It's far too racist for it to not be knowingly made at a Black person.

what's so annoying about this arc of her (among so many things) is the same assholes who are like "yeah we love roseanne now she is speaking the truth!" actually cancelled her back in the 90s when she "disrespected america" with her rendition of the the star spangled banner.... she's just now on the other side of the coin.

And also it is such bullshit when people go to like national news agencies to talk about how they are "cancelled" while also promoting some bullshit special... white republicans literally cannot handle accountability so they have devised this whole "woke" and "cancel" narrative to again, further run from any type of fucking accountability! ugh it makes me so angry

THIS! And I think she's still prochoice and kind of white feminist, so her turning to that base isn't going to work too well for her, unless she stifles that to cater to that base.
