Not her living in a space the size of my studio apartment! Ha! Peasant!

I'm glad AD has started giving some shine to the smaller living spaces because a lot of people live that way, and it's interesting to see what they've done to these homes. So light and airy! I love a good transom window, and that light green veining on the kitchen countertops is fabulous. I liked the bathroom but would prefer the tiles in a different color, perhaps green.

Yeah when I fantasize about my dream house it’s never a mansion but instead a well designed smaller space like this

A little bit bigger though lol, I’d want a nice guest bedroom and an office nook or something

I like how she made the most of the small space and all of the natural light, but the beachy/nautical recurring themes are not my favorite.

Also has she never heard of a pocket door - like girl there are alternatives to a barn door.

IA it's so weird to have the very literal nautical elements and then the color palette doesn't go at all. Shoulda taken those out and used a different palette IMO

I do actually like the curtain because it feels very cottage-ey, i think it would work if rest of the space matched the vibe

For real. My house is less than 950 square feet, and pocket doors really do a lot to maximize the space we have in the hallway, lol.

It’s nice but boring. There’s no real personality in it - it looks like a nice rental house.
