So basically the housekeeper won't be able to cover her legal fees ??? Or does the lawyer agrees to only be paid 31k because the judge ordered so ?

depends on the housekeepers contract with her lawyers. they probably worked on contingency and made the 31k

i relate to this. i was a nanny and i didn't get any type of 10 min breaks during an 8 hour day. and then at lunch it was usually "after you eat can you run these three errands before the kid wakes up."
