i discovered escapism 2 weeks ago and i've been playing all the versions nonstop (sped up, slowed down, etc) - really excited to check out her album!

you are in for a treat, she really delivered, each song is like its own little story and it is a very diverse body of work, an amazing debut.

I'm blown away by Ethel Cain's album Preacher's Daughter. It's so intensely emotional and haunting.

from the moment i heard "family tree (intro)" for the first time, she had me hooked. my favorite album of 2022 by a mile.

God Save the Teen is somewhat reminiscent of those 90s late Cali chill rock albums i love but it doesn't quite hit it.
