Todrick addresses the queer community in lengthy letter shared to social media:
“When our LGBTQ+ show was announced you'd think any pushback would've come from the church or conservatives. But a closer look would show you that the call was coming from inside the house.”

So he didn't pay them but he didn't pinky swear that he would.
And his bit on representation feels like Billy Eichner's complaining about gay people not supporting Bros. I don't know if it's because they're both older but I feel like they have this really warped view on what representation is. They both seem to think that LGBT people are obligated to support their material because they're gay even if it isn't good, people don't like the famous people involved, or people don't feel like it actually represents them.

Anyway, sick of him leaning on being black and gay everytime he gets called out or held accountable for his mess or lies when he seems to actively avoid black gay things all the time and cater to white people. No one likes YOU and it has nothing to do with your marginalizations. If anything it's those marginalizations that had people giving him way more grace than they would've otherwise.

This is me feeling nostalgic "about the feel of physical writing" and proceeding to write... then giving up after a paragraph 🤣
