Something with a VERY liberal amount of melted cheese. And loaded french fries. I am very fond of smothering them in finely chopped Greek salad toppings and tzatziki (Which is also dairy)

Basically dairy makes my nose run like I am trying to create a new ocean and I regret it so much everytime so as a last meal it should be fine.

I've never heard of someone getting a runny nose from consuming dairy?? Do you eat it then when you're congested as a remedy?

I really don't know either lol apparently it can happen when you simply have an intolerance to specific cheese? I can eat feta for example but that's goats milk. The doctor wasn't really able to help me so I just curb my cheese intake :')

If I eat cheese when I am congested I will simply not be able to breathe through my nose at all rofl I would create a new circle in hell.

My last meal would not be a meal at all but rather a series of six meals plus desserts, snacks, and special drinks to cover the course of an entire weekend. Go big or go home tbh!
