I usually think videos like this are kinda pointless because "it's fiction", but I absolutely had to see the Man of Steel portion. Lol at it all being uninsurable because it's "an act of war".

I love this because I can never turn my brain off during action movies, the whole time I'm thinking "who's gonna pay for this shit?" "that's gonna take forever to rebuild" "people work in that building!" and "that's someone's car wtf"

I loved these videos, they're always really well done and the experts are great at explaining concepts. This is actually a really good introduction to tort law and insurance coverage!
