the new “for you” vs “following” tabs are so annoying and it’s frustrating it automatically puts you on “for you”. i’m also so sick of ads all over the place. and i’ve been seeing people say the only way to get your tweets viewed on the tl is by setting your acct to private. he’s making twitter so much worse. i’m so ready for a better app for everyone to switch to and leave twitter behind but i can’t see it happening

I’ve used Echofon for years, it’s simple I like it. This whole just shows Musk has no idea what he is doing and is just fucking it up as he goes.

Seems a purposeful move by Twitter, since it's not an API outage. They purposefully suspended these apps.

Fenix for Android suspended, no communication whatsoever from Twitter.

I have used Echofon since 2008/2009 before twitter had its own app so this might truly be the death of Twitter, I do not care for the official app. I had no ads or promoted tweets on my TL and it was always in chronological order
