I’m honestly pretty excited by Parade transferring though I am curious if they’ll have enough interest to run for 6 months. I guess we’ll learn how much Ben Platt’s name is worth.
I like everyone involved with NY, NY but I just can’t imagine it will last long on Broadway. Even with its pedigree, it needs a major draw to get the buzz going.
I’m starting to think about what I would want to see on my next trip and there’s just not enough room to fit everything. I was thinking about going in spring at first but then this morning Here Lies Love was announced so now I have to rethink things.

Yeah, I would really like to do a spring trip, too, but if the Three Sisters at NYTW ends up having a stacked cast for a summer run, I am gonna be so mad! Guess I am gonna wait and see if they announce at some point soon.

See any theater lately?? Anything coming up?
I recently went to the opening night of a new production of Turandot where the chorus and leads received a standing ovation but the director and creative team were booed lmao. It was definitely a weird take that didn't fully land for me, but the set was great and it was performed very well
