This ep was a little more interesting but damn every ep of this show really is the same cyclical shit. Nothing iconic EVER happens and no one ever really grows or changes. It also feels like there’s never really an “arc”, it’s more like storyline-of-the-week and that formula feels odd on a show like this. And yet here I am every Thursday lol.

Exactly, every episode they are trying some new storyline and nothing sticks. All the feuds last for about one or two episodes. I bet Audrey and Julien make up in the next episode lol
I'm not bored enough to stop watching, but not interested enough to care that much lmao I don't ship anyone, I think I don't even hate anyone, all the characters are pretty bland

So many people are complaining about the actor Aki but the actress who plays Julien horrendously bad for someone with so much screentime. Her delivery is over-eager, rushed and panicked; there is no nuance and she's way too aware of the camera. The actress who plays Kate is still marble-mouthed but she seems to be more comfortable in her role now and leaning into the camp is working in her favour.

Monet and her mom are wasted on these dumb storylines. They have so much wasted screen presence.

Everything on this show feels so aimless yet I'm somehow still tuning in, lol.

I will say though, all the snide comments Julien's getting because of her dad is what I wanted for Nate in the OG. It made no sense that nobody forced their dumb takes and faux sympathy on his family situation after his dad got arrested.

Aki is not a good actor, but it works for the character. Julien on the other hand, I think she's the worst of the cast
