Unnecessary prank trend but a lesson was learned today.

I found the others funny, but this one is just cruel because:

1. She knows Michael, which immediately removes the distance from celebs that made the others funny.
2. She literally just lost Chadwick, who she and Michael co-starred with in Black Panther, it's playing on an experience she's already had and is pretty cruel treatment from her son.

If we realize this as strangers, how could he *not* realize this as her son?

Jesus on float, did sniffing spices not get enough likes anymore? I'd love to pick the brain of people who come up with these things.

I think it would depend on the circumstances and who is being pranked, tbh.

If someone said to me, “[fav celeb] died…..lol just kidding,” I’d be sad at first, then relieved that they weren’t dead, but kinda annoyed, however, I wouldn’t hold any sort of ill will. However, if you played that prank on someone who is too into parasocial relationships or in the deep end of the toxic stan pool, that might be a recipe for an AITA post.

but in that case tbh the person needs the wakeup call! then it turns from a prank to an intervention

Don't feel bad, this trend can be funny however in this instance it was stupid. As saemcrh said above, there are just too many variables that would make using MBJ as an example for Angela triggering and painful.
