Yes it is! It's hands down the best episode of the reboot. She's back, Nelly's back, the adults take up the bulk of the episode and they're all serving the camp and melodrama that's sorely been lacking. Monet and Zoya have a better relationship in one episode than Zoya and Julien do for the entire duration of the show.
