The mom is actually a victim, R. Kelly was fully indoctrinating women into a sex cult and abusing them. Savage was in the cult under his control for several years.

I don’t fully understand what’s going on here and if the baby is even his but apparently she met R. Kelly when she was 19 and she’s 27 now. She was definitely groomed and she was brainwashed, it’s just so sad and I hope the best for her and her baby. At least he’s locked up away from them.

He was at the Chicago Fed prison for quite some time waiting for his trial and I know for a fact they don't allow conjugal visits there so unless the guards looked the other way for some cash I don't see this happening at all.
