Iirc the DM article with nanny I think implied that Olivia is also somewhat shallow and vain about the guys she gets with. It mentioned that she likes having guys that she can brag and/or impress people with. So there's a slight materialistic(?) aspect to it.

In some ways she's the one got played because the relationship benefitted Harry more than her. So that's also another blow to her ego.
