Kirk has a new book out and has been trying to find a library to do a story hour. 50 libraries have told him to go pound sand, well, they said no in various ways

Thank fucking god these libraries had a spine and told him to get lost. A bunch of library systems in Canada are forever on my shitlist for hosting terf events under the banner of "free speech" and traumatizing my friends who are queer librarians.

My library refused to host a TERF event and they had a 'protest' outside where they taped their mouths shut (there were like five of them lmao) and we were like "but you being quiet is literally what we want so...thank you?"

Lately they have been shoving TERFY shit into our LGBTQAI books so we all check them every day to remove the flyers, etc. We protect our rainbow community here in CHCH libraries.

I can’t think of anywhere it is. I just think growing pains wasn’t notable enough for the heat it’d generate. And it wouldn’t fit in on Christian stations.
I’m curious if it’s streaming anywhere since that’s different than broadcast.
