I typically love his performances. I would be into this! Especially having survived the there can't be a blonde bond shit from the day Daniel was announced.

I thought he was boring in Avengers and Godzilla. I liked him alright in Kick-Ass but he was probably the least interesting character.

I don't think Patel and Boyega would ever be cast for this role but it does surprise me that they never went for Idris Elba. It just seemed like the obvious choice for a diversification of the role. I guess they just really don't want to diversify it.
