If he's this blatant about his foot fetish in public I wouldn't be surprised if he had more in common with Weinstein behind the scenes. He probably didn't want to say anything because he had just as much dirt on Weinstein as Weinstein did on him.

Just to be clear, I'm not shaming the foot fetish or Salma, I'm criticizing the power dynamic he has over all the actresses he's worked with. He wrote the screenplay so it's interesting that he's coincidentally not only an actor in the film, he also gets to revel in his fetish + have it recorded for posterity; and get paid for it.
