Ugh, sorry to hear you're having such a shitty time! Not having proper electricity is a dealbreaker, the hotel should've given you a new room if they cared for service at all!
Also lol @ your stepdad: There's no sensor for the power. It's usually either triggered by sticking the keycard into a special slot thing near the door, or the door lock. Since the cordless phone is also dead, I think it's safe to assume there's been a bug for a while already :/ Hope your dinner's delish at least & hang in there!

I love going out dancing and have really missed going regularly since covid. I'm really self-conscious a lot of the time but for some reason in a packed club I feel secure that no one's looking at me and I can just have a blast with my friends. I went out dancing for a friend's birthday a while back and when gasolina came on my soul left my body lmao, that's the feeling I live for baby!!!!!
