Investors in collapsed cryptocurrency Ponzi scheme "FTX" are suing company founder (also fradulent absconder) Sam Bankman-Fried, as well as a number of celebrity ambassadors who promoted the crypto platform. Celebrities named in the class-action lawsuit include Larry David, Tom Brady, Gisele Bündchen, Shaquille O’Neal, Naomi Osaka, and Stephen Curry.

The suit accuses the celebrities of soliciting investments from "unsophisticated investors" in violation of securities laws.
