My prediction: instead of replacing with a new head judge, they’re going to keep with 3 judges and have more guest judges featured. 3 judges will make it easier to decide who’s going home anyway (rather than having a 4th judge as a deciding vote)

I always hated that fourth judge carrying extra weight. I don’t know why the tiebreaker was it the best score or America.
