Lmaooooo I hope that's what happened! I went in unspoiled and I truly thought he was just doing the worst American accent I'd EVER heard until it was explained

No but his chosen nationality was British, he was supposed to be playing an American lmao

His American accent was pretty decent, I thought. It was definitely surprised that he did most of the movie in his own British accent though lol..It took me out.
