I loved it! The silent tribute for Chadwick during the Marvel logo was very powerful. Everyone in my theater was silent during it, except for this one dude in the very front row who said loud enough for all of us to hear (an in the most stereotypical stoner California accent of all time, “Wow……..All the pictures are of him..….”, which took away the moment for a little bit, but I know the dude’s heart was in the right place lol.
Reminds me of when I saw spiderman 3 in the theater and during the scene when francos about to kiss mj or maybe not and the tension is rising, everyone is silent in anticipation, and from the back comes the most stoner voice ever like "what are they dooooing?" Only everyone in the theater laughed bc soon sounded so stupid and it's one of my fave moments in going to the cinema history. Some things you cant get streaming.
I love shared movie experiences like that. I remember watching Star Wars, the Force Awakens, and at the bit when Kylo Ren takes his helmet off for the first time, this little kid in the front row wailed “no, put it back on”. Everyone in the theatre lost it, it was hilarious.
