Okay, but it's not like medieval Europe was "whites only", Spain was ruled by Muslims for centuries, there was trade between various North African ports and European ports, you could look at the history of islands like Corsica, Sicily, Malta, Cyprus...
But even if medieval Europe HAD been just one ethnic group, this is a FANTASY world. You can have as many different races as you want, you just don't want to do it.
