I’m so amused by their demand to label it fiction. Either they think the audience is too stupid to know it’s fiction or the show is hitting a sore spot…

What is the saying? “Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.”

I totally get it . This is not historical fiction and the people have been dead for hundreds of years. Most of them are still very much alive and have to sit through a soapification of their lives.

I mean when you say you wish you were a tampon to your homely mistress and gaslight your wife for years, you wrote the material to work with!

You mean to tell me a. Show based on one of the most famous families is NOT a documentary and has some artist licence over thing that may or may not have happened to make it juicier for the audience? Nooooo I can't believe it.

Also, it is public knowledge the king has only ever loved his current wife and if it wasn't for this show they'd be trying to spin it as THE love story

Do they release all episodes at once or is there a weekly release?

We dropped Netflix for Chappell reasons but this was the one show I’ve been tempted to resubscribe for…that super low rating makes that desire disappear so yay! Honestly shocked at it but also I never looked at the ratings before, I just loved it and assumed it got raves I guess
