A friend of mine from high school has three younger brothers. I was at her family BBQ a few years ago and her 30 something year old brothers almost knocked over the TV wrestling. It was totally benign, but I couldn't stop laughing. It was like they were 10 again.

my father in law is the oldest of three brothers and my MIL tells me that they were wrestling and getting into all sorts of horseplay up until their 50s lol and they only stopped because they all have bad knees haha they still tickle and punch each other like children

Ok, serious question for all you ONTD moms....do yall put on make-up and have your hair done after you give birth and take a picture like this? Because...I mean, Mandy Moore is gorgeous but how do you look THAT good after hours of labor and pushing a baby out?

I sure didn't! But I don't think it is that weird if someone gets a little dolled up, especially if they have someone who can help them. You're just lying there otherwise. And then editing the photos afterward could help erase the signs of fatigue and whatever else. These could easily be from the next day.

I love one of my best friends but man, she looked like she had been through hell and back after she gave birth. She opted for a natural birth instead of getting any meds etc. She was still beautiful but. She always got an epidural after that lol

I have one of (what I think is) the funniest photos of me post-birth, looking like a disaster mostly because I hadn't slept in days prior to giving birth and it was a long ordeal. I remember I was desperately trying not to nod off because I wanted to hold my baby. But I did manage on a different birth to get a fairly cute photo right afterward, and that was without any prep or editing or anything but it was just luck.

That's a sweet picture.

I think Oscar is a good name, but man I adore the name Gus.

She is GLOWING in these photos and you can feel how much they love each other and the baby, so glad she’s thriving
