I'd read the book long before so when the movie came out for it was at the height of my teenage bookworm pretentiousness but I was also a huge Buffy nerd so I was twice as insufferable about this movie coming out.

I got the book at a scholastic fair months before the movie came out and remember it being nothing like the film at all. Like a major character wasn't even in it? And the fisherman wasn't a thing? Idr..

i used to watch this all the time but would turn it off after SMG died bc i thought everything after was boring lol and to this day i don't even know who the killer was

I was in 8th grade when I saw the sequel in theaters and even my little bb mind cringed at this reveal. I remember these two girls behind me though who lost it when they figured it out. Lol

I was 14 and my mom had to take me because they had just made the rules more strict at the movies then..and they were very strict in my area. I missed a good chunk of horror movies that my parents refused to take me to though 😂
