I appreciate her calling this out directly.

What I have realized is that I can control my own environment and who I work with. I can hold people accountable within my world and my bubble. I don’t have to work for everybody. All money isn’t good money. All people aren’t good people.

And yes, this! Like obviously actors and creators can't stop every piece of shit in the industry, but they do have control over who they work with and who they work for, and hopefully that leads to less shitty people being able to find work.
