I enjoyed the WW movies but they are not the masterpieces some claim they are.. Gal is just not a good actress. She's gorgeous but idk she lacks something. Like I enjoyed batfleck (despite the lack of good material) and cavill was perfect. His superman was gorgeous like a god and superman isn't the most charismatic character (not as cool as B(de)ruce)
And yet WW is some of the most enjoyable stuff to come out of the dceu

I think Superman could be charismatic as a character, the problem is a lot writers and execs don't know what to do with him. They stray away from Clark's true character and try to mold him more into the fanboy power fantasy. Cavill was...alright? But I think he lacks a lot personality and charisma to take Clark to the level needed to be.

Gal, as pretty as she is, is and was never Diana to me. I'm salty DC went with a real thin woman (especially one who can't act) instead of buff actress who can actually embody Diana physically and emotionally along with the talent.

I think even in the comics superman isn't as charismatic as Bruce which however doesn't make it charmless or a void of charisma. Superman has other more prominent characteristics such as empathy, and all those good qualities the perfect gentleman/boyscout with the face and body of a god should have.

I thought cavil was just fine, that's a young superman still trying to find his way and looks awkward BvS we ignore lol but gave us the bathtub scene so that makes him a great supes ahahah

Agree on Gal not looking the part. Like, she's model fit, not Amazon fit. I get her wanting to look conventionally attractive (I mean I hate it, but I get it's how studios think) but like, there are many popular Crossfit Games athletes who look "hot" by het fuckability standards and also like they could bench press me. That's the look they should've gone for if they cared so much about WW being pretty
