I think it's a very late Queen's funeral joke. I wouldn't even be surprised if she was taking a shot at herself, but it's so devoid of the original context she just looks stupid.

This is also my read of this joke. LOL, there is a strand of criticism she gets because she's white and doesn't punish herself or apologize for refusing to fit into the standard of beauty, and then there is a very valid strand of criticism she full Lea Michelle is racist and just refuses to read any room EVER.
