I have a really hard time believing this. How can you share a home and children with another person without ever arguing? What is his definition of argument?

Amal being such a talented and in-demand national lawyer makes me think it's true because she's spent decades being incredibly composed under pressure, making her arguments without getting upset.

That too.

There's absolutely nothing more stressful or that creates more marriage difficulties than money.

I get the feeling she is a very reserved person and he is such a goof that they find a balance together. But cmon, they’ve had arguments. Just rich people arguments, like which wine for dinner and whether to get a new car or not.

I think they mean screaming matches! That being said, I’ve always believed arguing all the time is bad BUT never having an argument or disagreement is also means - it usually means one party is a total doormat or that both parties are completely over it and cannot even be bothered enough to care enough to argue/disagree.

LOL neither of them argues about buying cars or wine. Come on. Their type of rich person argument might be whether or not to upgrade to a $50M estate.

He seems like just another Brad Pitt to me. All PR and fake charm.

I think they are both more ambitious and cutthroat than they want to admit and can absolutely be authentically charming when they want to be. Hopefully, Clooney doesn’t have the same substance abuse and abuse issues that Pitt has though.

He seems less dumb than Pitt but I do genuinely get the vibe that Clooney is very well-liked and has been since the ER days and still remembers his roots as a working actor. His stature in the industry as a movie star (see: lifetime achievement awards) isn't actually that warranted as compared to his movie star age-group peers. The only thing that explains all that is real-life charm.

Yeah, and I think he once mentioned how he was glad he made it big in his mid-30s vs in his 20s where he kept doing small roles and pilots that never got picked up.
