Really hope the white people stop concern trolling about "glorified slavers" and let the black scholars address it, it was really frustrating to see them justifying review bombing the movie

So the first I really heard about Dahomey was when I read the book "The Last Slave Ship" about the Clotilda (followed it up with the podcast "Into the Depths" which I also recommend) and I'd be interested in learning more . . . do you happen to have any book recs or could you point me in the right direction to find someone to ask for recs?
