And the way she puts thus on "miss flo" is disgusting

I remember she didn't do rehearsals in between that terror movie she did and little women either, I know her career is on the rise and she's talented but some actors do take rehearsal time seriously so it strikes me more as a case of her flaking a bit and the studio deciding to keep her anyway since shia's name was nothing to write home about at that moment (and hopefully forever)

tbh I feel like I’ve only ever heard really nice/positive things from people who have worked with her. like the “miss flo needs to commit” here might genuinely be the ‘worst’ thing I’ve heard about her as a coworker (and given that Shia is a known menace I don’t put much stock in that lol)
