Didn't he play Dahmer in the (newer) Psycho Killer music video or am I misremembering?

I'm over these shows about violent white men. There are so many stories of women, people of color, etc that haven't been told.

I’m extremely over real life serial killer shows but I may end up checking this one out, Jeffrey Dahmer has always interested me since I saw the movie they made with Jeremy Renner (lol)

I also really liked the My Friend Dahmer comic, bizarre as it was to read about him in that format

Dahmer always interested me as well, because he seemed to have some self-awareness and knew there was something wrong with him and wished he could feel empathy or guilt for what he did but admitted he couldn’t. Still a complete and utter sack of shit, but I felt there may have been something to learn from him. Maybe not. But I feel like we’ve exhausted the subject 😭 (personally)

Yeah, I know what you mean. He defies some of the typical serial killer 'rules' in the way he seemed to have some (SOME) remorse and didn't just enjoy confessing as a way of bragging, as many do, and the fact that he killed one person and then no one else for many years is odd. None of that is an excuse -- he could have stopped himself and he didn't -- but the psychology is interesting. However, is RM gonna do a good job with that stuff? um lol no.

I don't trust Ryan Murphy with this... I used to like Evan but I haven't watched anything he's been in since AHS season 4, I think.

AHS has been really bad, but there are bright spots. I liked the Red Tide part of Double Feature (the first six episodes of this last season). Evan does a fun little duet with Frances Conroy. The ending sucks though. And the alien half of the season is unwatchable.

What's with all the alien obsession? I thought that was over in season 2!
