I decide to do my hair once a week and then change my mind thinking about the stains everywhere and bleach. But purples my color so this is rly pushing me over the edge 😬

It's not that difficult if you use a pigmented conditioner. I bleach my hair and dye it pink. In-between salon visits I just use the hot pink "Clenditioner" by Keracolor when I shower and it does a great job at keeping my hair bright pink (and they have plenty of other colors, I've also used their blue and purple ones). The bleached hair stays pink because the conditioner works really well on it, but it doesn't really do anything to my (light brown) roots, it definitely works best on bleached hair. So if you only want to do part of your hair you can just use the conditioner when you shower and it should only affect the bleached areas (assuming the rest of your hair isn't blonde, but even then you could easily just spot-treat your hair with the conditioner). Sometimes I even apply it to my dry hair and let it sit for a bit and then wash it out, works like hair dye and is super vibrant that way.

It’s nice to see that even beautiful Hollywood stars are not immune to the middle-aged lady statement hair and/or glasses phase. Not just for your local medical receptionist!

Oh, I’m well into middle age. The only reason I don’t have the statement hair and glasses is because I don’t want to go to the hairdresser or Specsavers due to Covid.
