Not in regards to him or his statement, but the way the general public regards leaked items is extremely different as to what it was back then. It was always a scandal for the victim versus just being a victim.
We really have come far in the last couple of decades but this dumbass completely missed the point with all of that.

He's never been held accountable or had an answer for why he went thru with this project. Lily James tried this talking point months ago and it didn't go well. They wanted this to be a big cultural conversation and that never happened but they keep pushing.
