I’m so excited for this! And this is what I want to see more of. Black actors and actresses telling black/African/diaspora stories and bringing black/African/diaspora history to the big screen….NOT black folks being cast as historical white people. Take note Hollywood!!

I can’t read the article yet but I don’t think I’ve been this excited for a movie EVER. Like in my whole entire life!! I will be there, masked, vaxxed, and double boosted opening day and probably at least 2x after that.

I took the day off for Black Panther and I can’t wait to do it for this.
