I kinda hate that I'm asking this cuz I don't even watch this; tbh I even gave up on The Flash this yr. I like Tyler but I just couldn't get over Bitsy as Lois lol she'll always be Juliette to me. But so are they dopplegangers or what? Because Clark & Kara were actually always on the same Earth with the Flash and em being on their own Earth until Crisis. So is this like where there was a Flash and Iris on Earth 2 and all that?

Yes. They are doppelgangers to the Supergirl versions of the characters.
