Even though I've been told so many times in the trailer that he's a crocodile who can sing I'm still so confused by this trailer. Mostly the why... and if this is what Constance had in mind when she tweeted for her freedom?

I thought this was going to be animated like a Mo Willems book and I'm disappointed it isn't, but it also clearly is in the vein of Clifford and Tom and Jerry, aka, I don't care.

Looks terrible. And Shawn Mendes is a choice…a bland one. Why would a crocodile sing with overproduced vocals?
