What else is there to take from what you and others here are writing.
Don't get me wrong, there is a possibility this goes very badly for Heard because of bias from Guthrie.
But Heard and team didn't ask for someone different or go elsewhere, after apparently knowing Guthrie's association.
So I'm wondering why the assumption, before the interview has been seen or without Heard speaking about it negatively, there's an assumption that Guthrie will be a problem?

You can see from my comment right above this that I don't think it's likely it will be a problem - it didn't seem to be at all when Guthrie interviewed Elaine Bredehoft - but when there are so many other reputable outlets out there without that tie, I don't understand why not go for one with 0 conflict of interest, especially considering Amber is swimming upstream with public opinion at this point.

But then again someone would probably say Amber deliberately avoided Guthrie for that reason so who knows. Either way she really can't win

I don't understand this acting like Heard or her people are dumb or deluded or whatever. If she stayed with Guthrie and NBC, it's for reasons she and her team found useful to Heard and dealing with the craziness coming towards her right now.
She could literally go anywhere and have an odd interview. She's with Guthrie for her own reasons.

Well I hope you're right and that it does good things for her

I hope so, too.
Treat these women like the professional thoughtful people they are, until there's a reason to think they're otherwise, that's all I'm saying.

You're right! I think a lot of us who wished things were fairer in this situation in general are just like wanting to be extra cautious about how she goes forward now since she lost the trial, but you're totally right in implying that compared to Amber and her team, we really don't know shit xD
