Just a week after the 3rd season of the The Boys premiering on the platform, Prime Video announced it had ordered a 4th season. Over the first 3 days of streaming, the new season's initial episodes drew a sizable global viewership, up 17% from Season 2

I had a feeling Victoria would turn on Edgar, but I thought she would kill him, not get him arrested.

I thought Homelander was going to kill him, too, after Edgar read him to filth. But I think he didn't because Edgar's right; he was the one who cleaned up his messes. Makes me wonder if Black Noir will be the one to turn on Homelander since he's been with Edgar for YEARS! Since the Payback days.

I KNEW one of the Seven was going to betray Starlight and tell Homelander about her coup, but I was leaning more toward her ex-boyfriend. Turns out, OF COURSE, it was A-Train. Her dumb ex was too damn trusting before he got to know who to trust.

Speaking of boyfriends, I've been wanting to slap Hughie for telling Starlight to keep up appearances. YOUR GIRL IS IN DANGER AND EVEN MORESO NOW THAT HOMELANDER KNOWS!!!

Also, I hope Kimiko makes it and I have a feeling Maeve is going to die fighting Homelander. 😢

I haven’t watched episode 4 yet (gonna start right now) but since this post is up, for episodes 1-3, I already complained about [Link to spoiler] how annoyed I am with Hughie in another post lol but seriously. Poor Starlight. I feel so bad for her. She’s stuck in extreme proximity to Homelander and now the Deep and Hughie’s jealousy is irritating me.

Also I’m wondering about Maeve, I feel like she’s barely been in this season? she just told the Boys about Soldier Boy and that’s really been it so far…? Maybe she’ll be in this episode. Lemme start it lol

Re: Maeve, I read that [Spoiler (click to open)]The actress wasn't able to film for most of the season shoot because of COVID restrictions. Apparently by the time they were able to get her on set, they had to rush to film scenes that were supposed to be earlier in the season (like I would assume, where she gives Butcher the temporary V) but they had to cut some stuff for her this season because they didn't have time to film all the earlier scenes to set them up. Hopefully she's in the next season as well and they'll be able to get her for as much as they need.

I finally binged season two and am all caught up. Basically all I’m rooting for right now is a happy ending for Frenchie and Kimiko. Please run off to Marseille!
